House Rules
Check in
Check-in is any time after 4pm. Arriving earlier? Send us a message — if there isn't a same-day check-out, we may be able to get you in sooner.
Please park in the upper driveway only.
Check out
Check-out is before 10am.
No need to clean up before you go — that's what the cleaning fee is for.
Accidents happen. If anything gets damaged during your stay, just let us know before you check out. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home, and damage that isn't reported before check-out carries an additional $250 fee on top of the repair cost.
The rules
- No smoking.
- No parties or events.
- Please don't leave pets alone in the house unless they're crated.
- No parking in the lower driveway.
- Please keep the white towels away from make-up.
- Please don't put food scraps down the drain.
- A maximum of eight registered guests; visitors are welcome with our approval.
- Please be kind to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
- Please don't leave food outside — we have wildlife around.
- Treat the house as you would your own — with care.
