Where we host
Our homes, now and next.
Summerland, BC
Our lakeside home in the Okanagan — a full house with a deck overlooking the water, an on-site caretaker, and the wineries ten minutes away.
Last chance: the full house is available through summer 2027 — after that, it makes way for the new suite.
Guest HandbookSummerland Suite
A new one-bedroom mini Casa Nakazawa on the same lake, sleeping up to four. Opening spring 2028.
Downtown Vancouver
Our next home, in the heart of the city. Opening fall 2027.
For hosts
We also help other hosts run a better rental.
Casa Nakazawa also offers short-term rental consulting and in-house audits — the same standards we hold our own homes to, applied to yours.
