Our Caretaker
Meet Ron
Ron lives in the suite above the garage (see the photo below of his personal patio and living quarters). He's the one on the property in case of emergencies — or if the sink plugs, or you need more toilet paper. You may see him around doing yard work or packing up his golf clubs to hit the local greens; if you'd like to golf while you're here, he's the one to ask.
The only space shared with Ron is the laundry room, which is in a separate locked area away from your living quarters. He tries to do his laundry between guests, but on longer stays he does occasionally need to get his golf shorts cleaned.
Under Summerland's short-term lodging regulations, someone must be on the property at all times — so Ron is there when we're not, for the safety of the house and our guests.
