PAYMENT POLICY

You have the option of booking right here on our website or via AirBnB or VRBO. Please note the pricing may slightly differ depending on which platform you book through - we cannot honour a pricing that another platform is offering (there is always less fees here though), nor do we offer weekly discounts directly through our site, but you do save the 14% fees that are charged through Airbnb. When booking direct with us a 50% non-refundable deposit is collected to reserve your dates and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to check in - If payment is not received by the 30 day mark, your reservation will be considered abandoned. If you are looking for a different payment schedule, you are welcome to explore AirBnB or VRBO for different options. When booking direct, this is the only option. All bookings are subject to the following fees: (1) a $200 (plus GST) cleaning fee; (2) a $500 damage deposit. Your damage deposit will be submitted to be returned (as long as there are no damages or extra cleaning required) within 72 hours of departing our home. During October through April we do offer monthly rentals at $3,000 per month on a month to month basis. Payment for this can be done via e-transfer only. REFUND POLICY

Due to COVID-19 we have changed our Refund Policy. While normally the deposit is non-refundable, if there is a health order in effect for our location or yours, we will honour a refund up to 30 days before your check in date. Any cancellations after the 30 day mark will not receive a refund. For 2022 Bookings: Our regular policy will be in effect. All deposits are non-refundable unless there is a health order in effect.
